Our Spice Blends, dips and tapenades and are all gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.

Spice Palace is owned by food-lovers Rob and Duska, who are passionate about offering an original range of exotic foods, sourced from premium ingredients.
DUSKA has travelled extensively, enjoying the cafés and cuisine of other cultures: “But I particularly love sharing home-cooked meals with friends around the table at home.”
Duska spent 18 months in Israel where she first learnt to make hummus. She travelled in Turkey where she was captivated by the spices in the markets, not to mention the Turkish Delight.
“Returning to Northern New South Wales, the area I grew up in, and sharing good food is fulfilling in so many ways. I am fascinated witnessing the way our Green and Red Harissa Chilli Pastes evoke such varied responses – everything from pleasure to panic.’
