Breaking the entrenched habit of bar staff and customers alike automatically putting straws in drinks at pubs is an ambitious goal of the Plastic Free July challenge in Mullum! The Courthouse has taken the challenge and the other waterholes may well join them.
Please encourage your local drinking or dining venue to ditch plastic straws! The first step is putting them out of site. 2nd step is deciding not to reorder any:)
